Charlotte J
Charlotte Johnson is the Founder of Alternate Route Mediation, LLC and a registered neutral in Georgia. With more than 15 years of experience navigating complex disputes, she brings a practical resolution-focused approach to conflict.
Her work spans organizational mediation, high-volume corporate resolution initiatives, conflict-resolution training and Christian conciliation — helping individuals and organizations address conflict before it becomes more costly, disruptive or damaging.

How Mediation Works
Mediation is a confidential, structured process that helps people and organizations address conflict, explore solutions and make informed decisions about resolution. Unlike litigation or arbitration, the mediator does not decide the outcome. The parties remain in control of whether an agreement is reached and what that agreement includes.
